By accessing and using Fewozo's services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Fewozo provides regulatory compliance navigation, rights protection, dispute resolution, and asset security services across Malaysia. Services are delivered by qualified professionals in accordance with Malaysian law.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with service functionality

4. Limitation of Liability

Fewozo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and service documentation are owned by Fewozo or licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 and GDPR standards. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Termination

Fewozo reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated or if services are used illegally or unethically.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur.
